Omelet rolls with nori and salmon
Asian omelet rolls with salmon, ideal for the picnic.

In a bowl with a whisk, beat the eggs and milk. Season with pepper and salt.

Heat the butter in a large frying pan with non-stick coating, scoop 1/4 of the omelet batter in the pan and let it flow over the bottom.

Fry the omelette over medium heat until very light brown. Then fry three omelettes with the butter and the rest of the batter.

Place all omelets side by side on a clean work surface. Stir in the sour cream and wasabi. Divide the wasabi cream evenly over the omelettes.

Put a nori skin on each omelette and divide the salmon. Roll up the omelets tightly and cut them in half.

Dip the omelette rolls before eating in the soy sauce.
