Directions

  1. Mix the cocoa with the honey, the almond milk and the banana to an even mass with the food processor.
  2. Stir in the chia seeds and pour the milk into 4 nice glasses.
  3. Put the glasses covered for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator.
  4. Roast the nuts on low heat in a dry frying pan until they have a nice color.
  5. Let them cool and garnish the almond pudding with the roasted nuts.
