Mix the cocoa with the honey, the almond milk and the banana to an even mass with the food processor.

Stir in the chia seeds and pour the milk into 4 nice glasses.

Put the glasses covered for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator.

Roast the nuts on low heat in a dry frying pan until they have a nice color.

Let them cool and garnish the almond pudding with the roasted nuts.
