A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: flour (extra to dust), white caster sugar, cold butter (diced), egg, orange juice, custard powder (pack a 400 g), liquid honey, red apples and blackberries (a 150 g) .

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
  2. Mix the flour with the sugar and some salt.
  3. Add the butter and rub the whole with your fingertips into a crumbly mixture.
  4. Mix the egg and 1-2 tables cold water and knead everything into a dough ball.
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a round piece with a diameter of 30 centimeters.
  6. Line the greased mold with the dough and press it to the side half way up the edge.
  7. In a bowl, mix the orange juice with the custard powder and the honey.
  8. Wash the apples, remove the cores and cut the flesh into cubes.
  9. Scoop the apple and blackberries into the custard mixture and scoop in the tart bottom.
  10. Slide the mold into a ridge in the middle of the oven and bake until golden brown and done in 30-40 minutes.
  11. Let the cake cool outside the oven.
  12. Serve lukewarm.
  13. Nice with (walnuts) ice cream..
