Quick dessert for Christmas or something tasty at the coffee: lemon cookies with mascarpone, blueberry jam and blueberries.

Spread the flat side of all cookies with the mascarpone.

Then divide a piece of confiture over half of the biscuits (about a ½ tl) and add 3 blueberries.

Cover with the other half of the biscuits, with the mascarpone side down, and serve.
