Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Spoon the steak with the garlic, sweet soy sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper and leave to marinate for 20-25 minutes.
  2. In the meantime cut the potatoes into slices or halve the potatoes. Mix the potatoes with the fennel, carrot, zucchini, salt, pepper and a dash of peanut oil.
  3. Spread this mixture over a baking sheet and put in the oven for about 25 minutes. Mix the ingredients for the lemon butter.
  4. Dab the shrimps dry and baste them on skewers. Sprinkle with paprika and drizzle with oil.
  5. Place the shrimp skewers and steak slices next to the vegetables in the oven for 8-10 minutes. Serve the surf and turf with the lemon butter.
