Chicken burger with lentils, baked potatoes and chicory salad


Spicy chicken-lentil burger with curry-potato and a salad with chicory, grapes and mango chutney.

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the potatoes with the hot curry in 20 min. Over medium heat.
  2. Change regularly. Add some salt if necessary.
  3. In the meantime, let the lentils drain into the ball sieve, but do not rinse them. Mix them through the minced meat.
  4. Slice the parsley leaves. Mix half of the parsley with the garam masala and pepper through the minced meat.
  5. Shape with humid hands burgers of the minced meat. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the burgers for 12 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, cut the chicory, cut the bottom of the stalks and cut the chicory in half. Remove the hard core and cut the chicory into strips.
  7. Wash and halve the grapes. Stir in the mango chutney with the vinegar and water.
  8. Mix the rest of the parsley with the chicory and the grapes and drizzle with the dressing.
  9. Serve the burgers with the baking potatoes and the salad and add the mango chutney.
