Directions

  1. Cut the bone out of the pork chop. Brush the meat with the oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and fry in a hot frying pan for 2-3 minutes per side. Set it aside.
  2. Sprinkle the chicken strips with salt, pepper and five spice powder and leave to withdraw.
  3. Boil the miebeetgaar and drain. Mix in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce, half of the garlic and the stock cube.

  8. Cut the pork chops into thin strips. Scoop the celery through the noodles and serve with the meat strips on it.
