Turkey breast with tomato couscous


Turkey fillet with couscous, zucchini, tomatoes and onion.

Directions

  1. Sprinkle the slices of turkey fillet with pepper, salt and cumin and fry in olive oil for 4-5 minutes until tender and tender.
  2. Chop the onion and cut the zucchini into cubes.
  3. Place the meat on a plate and stir fry the onion and zucchini cubes in the remaining shortening in 3-4 minutes on medium heat al dente.
  4. Add the thyme, bouillon tablet (crumbled), peeled tomatoes and the water and bring to the boil.
  5. Stir in the couscous and press the tomatoes.
  6. Place the slices of turkey breast on the couscous and gently heat the dish for 5 minutes, possibly on a flame distributor.
