Italian pasta dish from the oven with minced meat, tomato sauce and vegetables.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the minced meat for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the stir-fry mix and fry for 4 minutes on a high heat. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grease oven dish with oil. Cover the bottom of the baking dish with some minced meat and vegetables.
  4. Spoon a little tomato sauce over it and cover with lasagne sheets. Repeat until all ingredients are gone. Finish with a layer of sauce.
  5. Spread crème fraîche over it and sprinkle with the cheese and pepper. Bake in approx. 40 min. Until tender and golden brown.
