Spicy sesame noodles with smoked chicken fillets, winter carrots and sugar snaps.

Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seeds. Squeeze out the lime. Peel the ginger.

Grind the peanut butter, lime juice, pepper, garlic, ginger and tea with the hand blender or food processor into a sauce.

Peel the carrot and cut into thin strips. Also cut the chicken into strips. Halve the sugarsnaps in the length.

Prepare the instructions according to the instructions on the packaging. Cook the carrot and sugarsnaps for the last 2 minutes. Drain.

Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the noodles, vegetables and chicken 1 min. Add half of the sauce and warm for another 1 min.

Cut the spring onion into rings. Divide the noodles over the bowls and sprinkle with the spring onions.

Serve with the rest of the sauce. Yummy! .
