Hare chops with curry sauce
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, fast cooking brown rice, hare chops, curry powder, butter, onion, apple (for example Elstar), broccoli and finesse for enriching (250 ml).

Cook the rice according to the instructions for use.

Pour chops with salt, pepper and 1 tbsp curry powder.

Heat butter in frying pan and fry meat for 8 min.

Per side around brown and cooked.

Peel and chop onions.

Peel the apple, remove the cores and cut the apple into pieces.

Clean broccoli, divide into florets and cut into pieces.

Cook broccoli in 7 minutes.

Remove chops from the pan and keep warm.

In the remaining baking fat onion, apple and rest of curry powder, fry for 5 minutes.

Add finesse and heat sauce through and through.

Season with salt and pepper.

Serve chops with sauce, rice and broccoli..
