Surinamese curry peas
A nice Surinamese recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: sunflower oil, onion (chopped), garlic (finely chopped), hot curry powder, garden peas (extra fine (pack 450 g, frozen), frozen) and sambal badjak.

Heat the oil in a wok.

Fry the onion and garlic for 3 minutes.

Add the curry powder and cook for 1 min.

Raise the heat and add the frozen garden peas.

Stir fry for 5 more minutes.

Add the sambal and scoop.
