Sushi wafers


Sushi rice waffles, with sushi vinegar, nori, sesame seeds, salmon, avocado, salad onion and red cabbage.

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Drain, do in a large bowl and let cool.
  2. In the meantime, cut the nori snacks and grate the sesame seeds. Add to the sushi list.
  3. You only use the waffle maker as a press. Cover the inside with cling film and moisten with water.
  4. For each waffle, put ¼ el sushi rice in the waffle iron and press flat by closing the iron.
  5. Open the waffle iron again, remove the waffles (this is easy because the rice is sticky) and place on a plate.
  6. Serve with the toppings in bowls separately so that everyone can invest their own waffle. Serve with soy sauce.
