Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Roast half of the almonds in a dry frying pan golden brown and let it cool down on a plate.

Remove the pan from the heat and scoop two tablespoons of sugar through the warm almonds.

Let the sugar melt all the while until all the almonds are covered with a thin layer of melted sugar.
