Stir-fried mushrooms with tah tsai
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: red onion (in parts), mushrooms (sliced), tahtsai ((or Shanghai paksoi), in strips), salted cashew nuts, Japanese soy sauce, fresh ginger root (grated), sweet chili sauce and stir-fry oil.

Mix in vegetables. Drizzle the cashew nuts in a dry frying pan briefly and transfer them into a bowl. Fry in soy sauce, ginger and chili sauce.

Fry oil in a pan. Vegetable mixture for baking al dente. Baste nuts and dash of sauce and simmer for a little while. Tasty with rice.
