Swedish balls


A delicious scandinavian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, butter, Swedish balls (12 pieces, organic), onions (chopped), winter carrots (in slices), baby potatoes (small (a 450 g)), leeks (washed and in rings), cream fraiche (200 g) and mustard.

Directions

  1. Heat the butter in a frying pan. Fry the meatballs in 10 min. Brown and done. Take out of the pan. Fry the onion for 3 minutes in the remaining shortening. Add the carrot and potatoes and stir fry 10 minutes. Add the leek and cook for 2 minutes. Place the lid on the pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the meatballs, crème fraîche and mustard and heat for another 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper. Delicious with chopped dill and possibly extra mustard.
