A delicious scandinavian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, crumbly boiling potato (in cubes of 1 cm), minced beef, onion (finely grated), whipped cream, fresh dill (finely chopped), freshly ground pepper and butter.

Directions

  1. Cook in small pan of potato cubes in 6-8 min.
  2. Cast off.
  3. Combine in minced beef, potato, onion, cream, dill, salt and pepper.
  4. Cut the minced meat into 4 equal portions and form into hamburgers.
  5. Heat butter in frying pan and cook burgers over medium heat in 8-10 min.
  6. Until cooked and brown, turning halfway..
