Sweet French toast
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian breakfast contains the following ingredients: Easter loaf bread (with dates and figs *), banana, cane sugar, cinnamon, egg, milk and butter.

Spread 2 slices of Easter floor bread with dates and figs with slices of 1 banana, sprinkle 1 tbsp of cane sugar and cinnamon to taste.

Put 2 other cuts on top.

Beat 1 egg with 50 ml of milk.

Slice the French toast in half and pull them through the egg-milk mixture.

Melt 1/2 tbsp butter in a frying pan and place the French toast in it.

Fry on one side on low heat in 5 minutes until golden brown.

Put another 1/2 tbsp butter in the pan, turn them over and bake the other side for 5 minutes..
