Sweet and sour pork curry
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, brown rice, green beans, winter carrots (in half slices), pork fillets à la minute (300 g), sunflower oil, garlic (finely chopped), cornstarch (packet of 200 g), soy sauce, ginger syrup (bottle 250 ml) ), cherry tomatoes (250 g), mango (diced) and lime (cleaned).

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Remove the stalk and the tip of the green beans. Bring a pot of water to the boil and boil the green beans and carrot for 3 minutes. Drain.

Cut the fillet strips into strips. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a stirring stir fry the meat 3 min. Remove from the wok.

Heat the rest of the oil in the stir-fry stir-fry the green beans, carrot and garlic 3 min. Mix the cornstarch, soy sauce and ginger syrup and pour into the vegetables. Add the meat, tomatoes and mango. Grate the green skin of the lime above and squeeze out the fruit. Add the juice. Heat for 2 more minutes. Serve with the rice.
