Fried plaice fillet with pickle
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, gherkins (sour), extra virgin olive oil (bottle of 500 ml), fresh parsley ((a bag of 20 g), leaves chopped), shallot (very finely chopped), plaice fillets (frozen), at room temperature) and olive oil mild (bottle a 500 ml).

Slice the pickles very finely and stir them with the extra virgin olive oil, parsley, shallot and salt and (freshly ground) pepper to taste.

Dab the scholfilets dry.

Heat in 2 frying pans with non-stick coating (this is how the fish is cooked at the same time) the mild olive oil, 2 tablespoons per pan, and fry the fish in 6-8 minutes, halfway through.

Serve the fish with the gherkin mixture.
