Red cabbage dish with pear
Dutch casserole with Gelderse smoked sausage, hand pears, red cabbage and potato gratin.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Peel the pears, cut them into 4 parts and remove the core. Cut the parts into cubes.
Cut the smoked sausage into slices. Grease the oven dish. Cover the bottom of the oven dish with the smoked sausage.
Mix the red cabbage with the pear and crème fraiche in a bowl, season with salt and pepper.
Divide over the smoked sausage. Cut the onion into rings, spread over the dish and cover with the potato gratin.
Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes until done.
