Fillet patties with mozzarella and basil
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, fusilli (pasta), mozzarella (125 g), fresh basil (15 g), fillet steak (a la minute), olive oil, cucumber, mustard, sugar, vinegar and cabbage lettuce (leaves removed).

Cook pasta according to directions on packaging.

Cut Mozzarella into 8 slices.

Remove 8 leaves of basil, cut the remaining leaves into strips and chop the sprigs.

Season the fillets with salt and pepper to taste.

Heat half of oil in frying pan.

Stir fry for 1 min.

Flip the fillets and lay a leaf of basil and slice of mozzarella on each.

Melt cheese on the pan in approx.
-
2 min.
-
And let meat be cooked.

Cucumber into 3 pieces and then cut into strips.

Dressing stirring leftover oil, mustard, sugar, vinegar and salt and pepper to taste.

Mix with lettuce leaves, cucumber and basil leaves.

Spread pasta over 4 plates, sprinkle it with flavor gravy and sprinkle with basil leaves.
