Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces lengthwise. Spread over a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  3. Mix the oil through the potato parts and sprinkle with salt if necessary. Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes until done.
