Ingredients
Directions
-
Beat the whipped cream together with the sugar for the cream sauce.
-
Mix the fresh mint and the strawberry with the whipped cream and put the whipped cream sauce in the refrigerator.
-
Remove the bell house from the apple and the pear with the apple drill.
-
Cut the apple into 8 thin slices of half a centimeter thick, do the same with the pear but in 4 slices.
-
Also slice the strawberries into slices. Use the drinking glass to round circles from the slices of cake.
-
Build up the summer lasagne. Start with a slice of apple and place a slice of strawberry on the hole in the middle.
-
Spread 1 tablespoon of cream sauce over it, put cake on it and continue building the summer lasagne in random order.
-
Do not forget the spoonful of cream sauce on every slice of fruit. It looks good when there is a layer of raspberries or blueberries halfway through the lasagne as you can see on the photo.
-
Finish the summer lasagne by finishing with a layer of raspberries or blueberries with a slice of strawberry in the middle. Garnish with tufts of mint.
