Directions

  1. Beat the whipped cream together with the sugar for the cream sauce.
  2. Mix the fresh mint and the strawberry with the whipped cream and put the whipped cream sauce in the refrigerator.
  3. Remove the bell house from the apple and the pear with the apple drill.
  4. Cut the apple into 8 thin slices of half a centimeter thick, do the same with the pear but in 4 slices.

  9. Finish the summer lasagne by finishing with a layer of raspberries or blueberries with a slice of strawberry in the middle. Garnish with tufts of mint.
