Sweet vegetable tarts
A tasty Dutch recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, puff pastry ((pack of 10, freezer), thawed), eggs (beaten), garden peas extra fine (pack 450 g, frozen), ham strips (julienne (duopak 200 g)), cherry tomatoes ( (250 g) and halved).

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Line the tartlets each with a slice of puff pastry. Prick holes in the soil.

Mix the eggs, garden peas and ham strips. Divide the mixture over the cake molds. Divide the cherry tomatoes over the tarts. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fry the tarts in the middle of the oven for approx. 20-25 minutes. Tasty with meatballs.
