A tasty Dutch recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: eggs (split), butter, flour (sifted), milk, syrup waffles and icing sugar.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Beat the egg yolks. Let the butter melt over low heat, stir in the flour and pour the milk for a dash of water until a smooth sauce is formed. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the egg yolks. Allow the mixture to cool.

Beat the egg whites in a fat-free bowl with a pinch of salt until stiff and put it in the refrigerator until use. Grind the stroopwafels very finely in the food processor. Carefully scoop the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture and finally pour in the finely ground syrup waffles.

Spread the syrup waffle mixture over the molds and bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle the icing sugar over it. Serve immediately.
