Taco shells with quorn
A nice mexican recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: onion, cucumber, yoghurt (lean), garlic, taco shells (12 pieces), sunflower oil, stir fry strips (spiced Quorn, a 140 g)), corn kernels (300 g) and mixed iceberg lettuce (200 g) .

Peel and chop onions.

Halve cucumber, remove from seeds, cut into small cubes and mix with yogurt.

Spread the clove of garlic above it and mix it.

Warm the tacos according to the instructions.

Heat oil in frying pan and fry onion and Quorn slices for 4 minutes.

Fill tacos with lettuce, sweetcorn mixture and cucumber..
