Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Remove the skin from the sausage.

Halve the zucchini in the length and cut into thin slices. Drain the peppers and cut into thin strips.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the sausage meat over medium heat in 2 min. Brown. Push it into pieces with a wooden spoon during baking.

Add the courgette and cook for 2 minutes. Drain the beans and add together with the taco sauce. Cook for 5 minutes on low heat. Change regularly.
