Remove the grate from the oven and preheat the oven to 175 ° C or gas oven 3. Rinse the raisins in a colander and add the corn. Let everything drain well.

Place the taco shells on the oven rack. Put on oven mitts and slide the grate into the oven. Let the shells warm up in about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine the corn, raisins and carrot. Put on oven mitts and remove the shells from the oven.

Fill the warm taco shells with the salad. Add the yoghurt mayonnaise and the curry separately in a leaf of lettuce. That looks nice. Divide the cheese and cashew nuts over the shells. Serve with fries.
