Tagliatelle with creamy garlic shrimps
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, tagliatelle (ribbon paste), olive oil, pink shrimps (a 125 g), garlic paste (pot a 100 g), medium dry sherry, sieved tomatoes (a 500 ml), crème fraîche (125 ml) and iceberg lettuce with frisée (200 g).

Cook Tagliatelle according to instructions.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in woks.

Pre-cook garlic cloves for about 3 minutes on a high heat, then add 2 tablespoons of sherry.

Stir in tomatoes and crème fraîche with shrimps and heat the sauce through and through.

Season with salt and pepper.

Stir in leftover oil and sherry dressing and mix with lettuce.

Divide Tagliatelle over four plates.

Create shrimp sauce.

Serve salad..
