Tagliatelle with fresh lemon sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: tagliatelle al'uovo (pasta, bag 500 g), lemon (scrubbed), butter, garlic (finely chopped), garden peas (450 g, frozen), whipped cream (250 ml), all-tie, spicy cheese ( (eg Parmesan cheese) and grated).

Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions.

Grate the zest of the lemon, halve it and press out.

Heat the butter in a pan and fry the garlic and garden peas for 3 minutes.
