Tagliatelle with lemon and smoked salmon
Fresh tagliatelle with lemon, spring onions, cucumber, black olives and smoked salmon.

Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the cucumber into slices. Spoon the slices of cucumber around the oil and season with (freshly ground) salt and pepper.

Squeeze out the lemon. Cut the spring onion into rings. Drawn the olives and cut into rings.

Drain the tagliatelle (keep 1 tbsp of cooking water) and spoon in the lemon juice, salmon pieces, spring onions and olives.

Serve the pasta with the cucumber salad.
