Tagliatelle with pea sauce and coburg ham
Pasta dish with a sauce of onion, garden peas and cream with mushrooms and coburger ham.

Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the packaging. In the meantime, cut the onion and cut the mushrooms into slices.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 2 minutes. Then add the garden peas and cook for another 2 minutes.

Crumble the bouillon tablet above and add the hot water. Bring to the boil and cook the garden peas in 4 minutes until done.

Heat the rest of the oil in another frying pan and fry the mushrooms for 5 minutes on a high heat.

Meanwhile, cut the ham into strips.

Take the garden peas off the heat and stir in the cream. Puree with the hand blender into a smooth sauce.

Heat the sauce for 3 minutes on low heat. Season with pepper and salt.

Scoop the tagliatelle through the sauce. Divide the plates and serve with the ham and mushrooms.
