Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, cook the garden peas al dente according to the instructions on the package.

In the meantime, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the turkey on a high heat for 3 min. Around golden brown.

Add the cream cheese, stock and asparagus tips and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.

In the meantime, finely chop the leaves of the fresh mint. Mix the pasta with the peas and sprinkle with 1/3 of the mint.

Scrape the cheese. Sprinkle the rest of the fresh mint and cheese over the turkey mixture and serve.
