Tagliatelle with pesto and giant beans


A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: green tagliatelle (ribbon paste), red onions, garlic, giant beans (a 400 g), olive oil, fresh basil (a 15 g), pesto rosso (190 g) and ground spicy cheese (eg parrrano) ).

Directions

  1. Cook Tagliatelle according to instructions.
  2. Peel onions, halve and cut into rings.
  3. Garlic peel and finely chop.
  4. Drain the beans.
  5. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in frying pan.
  6. Dry the onion and garlic for about 2 minutes.
  7. Fry beans through onion and gently heat for approx.
  8. 5 minutes.
  9. Crush the basil.
  10. Pour off Tagliatelle.
  11. Fry the basil and pesto with bean mixture, season with salt and pepper and heat for approx.
  12. 1 minute.
  13. Add a few tablespoons of water if necessary.
  14. Rest of oil by creating tagliatelle.
  15. Divide Tagliatelle over four plates.
  16. Spread bean mixture.
  17. Serve with cheese.
  18. Delicious with cucumber salad and vinaigrette dressing..
