Directions

  1. Heat 3 tablespoons oil and fry the shallots for about 3 minutes.
  2. Mix in the ham strips and fry for 1-2 minutes. Cook the tagliatelle.
  3. Scoop the radicchio through the shallots with ham.
  4. Add the gorgonzola and let the cheese melt.
  5. Spoon the tomatoes and the tagliatelle and heat for about 2 minutes.
  6. Drizzle the pasta with the rest of the oil and add a little pepper.
