Meal mustard soup with cheese toast
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: thin leeks, mini ciabattas, fresh cream cheese with herbs, sunflower seeds, grated light-filled cheese (Gouda), creamy mustard soup (a 400 ml) and cress.

Preheat the grill to the highest setting.

Bring 1 liter of water to the boil in the kettle.

Cleaning the leek.

Cut the white and light green part of leek into thin rings and put into sieve.

Pour boiling water over leeks.

Ciabatta halve and thick with cream cheese.

Distribute sunflower seeds and cheese.

Roast oven in oven in approx.

8 minutes light golden brown.

Steam mustard soup according to instructions.

Add the leek and let it simmer gently in soup for about 5 minutes.

Cut cress over bed soup.
