Tagliatelle with smoked sausage
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, tagliatelle (with egg (pasta, bag 500 g)), broccoli (in florets), olive oil, garlic (finely chopped), Gelderse smoked sausage ((bag 350 g), in pieces), vine tomatoes ( in parts), black olives (without pip (a 240 g), drained) and Parmesan cheese (piece).

Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package. In the meantime, cook the broccoli florets for 3 minutes and drain.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic for 1 min. Add the sausage, the tomato, the broccoli and the olives and stir fry 3 minutes on a high heat.

Drain the pasta and add to the vegetables and sausage. Spoon well and spread over 4 plates. Grate the cheese over it.
