Tarly with chicken and oyster mushrooms
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, tarly (250 g), oyster mushrooms (a 150 g), green peppers, sunflower oil, mild Indian curry paste (pot a 250 ml), chicken fillet in cubes (about 350 g), unsalted cashew nuts and crème fraîche (125 ml).

Cook tarly according to instructions.

Clean oyster mushrooms with kitchen paper and cut into strips.

Peppers wash, clean and cut into cubes.

Heat oil in frying pan.

Add curry paste and heat for approx.

1 minute.

Add chicken fillet and bake for about 3 minutes.

Add peppers and oyster mushrooms and bake for about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, cashew nuts coarsely chop.

Add tarly, crème fraîche and cashew nuts to chicken-vegetable mixture.

Season with salt and pepper.
