Tartlet of yoghurt ice cream
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: yoghurt ice cream (natural, 500 ml), cake, honey and raspberries (possibly frozen).

Let the yoghurt ice a little softer and spread it over the four dishes, press the ice, so the soil is well filled.

Put a slice of cake on each plate and cut the cake around; make sure the whole dish is covered.

Press the cake well and put the ice creams back in the freezer; let them stand for at least 15 minutes.

Immerse the ice cream dishes in a container with hot water and cut the ice cake on the sides with a knife.

Place a plate on the top and turn the whole, so that the ice-slices glide out of the mold.

In the meantime, heat the honey in the microwave for 45 seconds, pour the warm honey over the tarts and garnish with the raspberries..
