Tartlet of yoghurt ice cream


A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: yoghurt ice cream (natural, 500 ml), cake, honey and raspberries (possibly frozen).

Directions

  1. Let the yoghurt ice a little softer and spread it over the four dishes, press the ice, so the soil is well filled.
  2. Put a slice of cake on each plate and cut the cake around; make sure the whole dish is covered.
  3. Press the cake well and put the ice creams back in the freezer; let them stand for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Immerse the ice cream dishes in a container with hot water and cut the ice cake on the sides with a knife.
  5. Place a plate on the top and turn the whole, so that the ice-slices glide out of the mold.
  6. In the meantime, heat the honey in the microwave for 45 seconds, pour the warm honey over the tarts and garnish with the raspberries..
