A tasty Italian recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: boiled beets, tasting tom tomatoes, basil ((15 g), only the leaves), capers (100 g), mini- balls of mozzarella ((150 g), drained) and extra virgin olive oil.

Peel the beetroot and cut into wafer-thin slices. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Place the beetroot on a large flat dish. Put the slices of tomato on it.

Tear the basil into pieces and spread with the capers over the vegetables. Halve the bread rolls mozzarella and put on the salad. Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve.
