Meat skewers with ras el hanout and yoghurt dip
Skewers of minced beef, ras el hanout, red onion and black olives with a dip of Greek yoghurt.

Slice the onion very finely. Slice the olives and parsley very finely. Mix with the variety el hanout and pepper and salt to taste by the mince.

Divide the minced meat mixture into 8 portions and knead them in an elongated shape around the skewers. Spread the meat skewers thinly with the oil.

Heat the grill pan and grill the skewers for 8 minutes. Times regularly. Serve with the Greek yogurt.
