Fried chicory with mushrooms and balsamic vinegar
A tasty recipe. The vegan side dish contains the following ingredients: onion, garlic and traditional olive oil.

Cut the underside of the stalk chicory and cut the chicory in half. Remove the hard core. Remove the leaves, wash and dry them.

Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 2 minutes. Add the garlic, the mushrooms and the thyme and cook for 3 minutes.

Add the chicory and balsamic vinegar and stir-fry for another 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
