A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, tenderloin, onion, snow peas, shii-takes (mushrooms), red pepper, Shanghai pak choi, garlic, oil, oyster sauce and (freshly ground) black pepper.

Directions

  1. cut the tenderloin into wafer-thin slices. Peel onion and cut into small segments in length. Cleaning snow peas. Shii-take wipe clean and cut into slices. Cut pepper in long, narrow strips. Wash paksoi, dry and cut into large pieces. Peel garlic.
  2. heat up woks, allow 2 tablespoons of oil to drain over pan bottom. fillet of beef about 30 seconds around scaling around. Create meat on plate. Heat in wok rest of oil.
