Tenderloin from the wok
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, tenderloin, onion, snow peas, shii-takes (mushrooms), red pepper, Shanghai pak choi, garlic, oil, oyster sauce and (freshly ground) black pepper.

cut the tenderloin into wafer-thin slices. Peel onion and cut into small segments in length. Cleaning snow peas. Shii-take wipe clean and cut into slices. Cut pepper in long, narrow strips. Wash paksoi, dry and cut into large pieces. Peel garlic.

heat up woks, allow 2 tablespoons of oil to drain over pan bottom. fillet of beef about 30 seconds around scaling around. Create meat on plate. Heat in wok rest of oil. Stir-fry vegetables for about 3 minutes. Garlic over wok presses and beef tenderloin with vegetables. Keep the oyster sauce in wokkenschenken and continue heating for approx. 1 minute. Season with black pepper. Serve with white rice or fried rice.
