Teriyaki wok dish
Teriyaki wok dish with ham, Chinese stir-fry mix, mushrooms and spring onions, served with white rice.

Cut the ham pen into strips. Spoon the strips with the wok sauce and marinate them for 10 minutes. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the packaging. Let the strips drain, collect the marinade.

Heat in a stirring oil and stir fry the meat brown on high heat. Halve the mushrooms. Cut the spring onions into slanted rings. Add the stir-fry mix, the mushrooms and the white of the spring onions and stir-fry for 6 minutes.

Scoop the marinade through and warm the dish over a high heat. Season with pepper and salt. Sprinkle the green of the spring onion. Serve the white rice.
