A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, Thai stir-fry oil and herbs (100 g), chicken fillet in blocks, Thai vegetable mix (400 g), Chinese noodles (250 g) and Thai fish sauce (bottle).

Directions

  1. Bring water to a boil in the pan.
  2. Heat in wok stir-frying oil.
  3. Fry the chicken for about 2 minutes.
  4. Add vegetable mix and bake for approx.
  5. 3 minutes while transferring.
  6. Add 3/4 liter of boiling water and simmer for approx.
  7. 5 minutes.
  8. Add to rest of boiling water and boil for about 5 minutes.
  9. Season soup with fish sauce.
  10. Drain and pour into four large soup bowls.
  11. Soup with vegetables and chicken over mie..
