Thai green curry with cod and peas
Green curry with bok choy, cod, coconut milk, lime, coriander and garden peas.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, cut the stalks and greens of the paksoi into thin strips and cut the cod into 2 cm pieces.

Heat the oil in a stirring fruit the curry spice paste 2 min. Add the coconut milk and simmer for 5 min.

Meanwhile, clean the lime, grate the green skin and squeeze the fruit. Cut the coriander coarsely.

Add the cod and cook for another 3 minutes. Do not bother now.

Season the curry with the lime zest and juice, pepper and salt. Serve with the rice and sprinkle the coriander over it.
