Thai green curry with cod and peas
Green curry with bok choy, cod, coconut milk, lime, coriander and garden peas.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, cut the stalks and greens of the paksoi into thin strips and cut the cod into 2 cm pieces.
