Cook the instructions according to the instructions on the package. Cut the onion into wedges.

Heat the oil in a wok. Fry the onions for 1 min. Add the stir-fry mix and cook for another 2 minutes.

Spoon the shrimp with the curry paste through the vegetables. Stir fry 1 min. Add the coconut milk. Heat the curry for another 2 minutes.

Divide the noodles over deep plates. Spoon the shrimp curry on it. Cut the basil leaves into strips and sprinkle over the curry.
