The meatball of marcel hammers
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, garlic (squeezed), shallot (chopped), minced beef, egg, breadcrumbs (herbs (pack a 150 g)), curry powder, butter and curry sauce.

Mix the garlic and the shallot with the minced meat. Add the egg, the breadcrumbs and the curry powder. Knead the minced meat by hand until all ingredients have been mixed well. Divide it into 4 portions and turn it into balls. Heat the butter in a frying pan and brown the balls around. Roast the meatballs for 20 minutes. Prepare the curry sauce according to the instructions on the packaging and place it on the almost cooked meatballs. Let the balls smother for another 5 minutes in the sauce. Tasty with rice and steam vegetables.

By letting the meatballs rest for half an hour in the refrigerator, they remain in better shape during roasting.
