Bring the vegetable stock to a boil in a large pan.

Wash the pumpkin and cut it unpeeled in half.

Remove the pips and wires with a spoon. Cut the flesh into cubes.

Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.

Wash the orange and grate the peel. Keep the grater in a bowl.

Carefully cut the peel of the orange with a sharp knife.

Put the pieces of pumpkin, potato, the whole orange and the cinnamon sticks into the stock. Bring to the boil and let the soup simmer for 25 minutes until everything has softened.

Fish the orange and the cinnamon sticks out of the pan. Squeeze the orange above the pan.

Puree the soup with the hand blender until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve Greek yogurt, orange zest and walnuts with a spoon.
